Paradigm Midstream Services Finalizes N.D. Oil Gathering Agreement

Paradigm Midstream Services – ND LLC finalized an agreement with an undisclosed private company to construct a new gathering system to gather crude oil in North Dakota’s Bakken Shale, parent company Paradigm Energy Partners LLC said March 8.

The agreement is secured through acreage dedication.

The 23-mile gathering system will deliver about 17,000 acres of production from the Ross Field in northern Mountrail County to Paradigm’s joint venture rail terminal in Palermo, N.D.

From there, producers can access East and West Coast markets via the BNSF Railway and downstream markets near Stanley, N.D., where Paradigm has existing pipeline connections.

Paradigm is also focused on the 91-mile Sacagawea Pipeline, which connects markets in Stanley, Ross, and Palermo, N.D., with markets in Johnson’s Corner near Paradigm’s storage terminal in Keene, N.D.

The Sacagawea Pipeline and Keene terminal are scheduled to be in-service by the end of third-quarter 2016.

Paradigm Energy Partners LLC is based in Irving, Texas.
